Meet The Team

Colin Jarvie

 

Colin is a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years’ experience working in London and the West Midlands. He founded and ran his own successful commercial property consultancy specialising in investment, development and strategic land. Colin also lead the asset management team at Merry Hill, a top 10 Super Regional shopping centre and mixed use estate comprising over 2m sq.ft.

Carl Stacey

 

Following a successful partnership delivering retail/mixed use developments with Stoford, Carl established his own Property company, 3 Willows in 2014. He has since delivered numerous retail, roadside and neighbourhood projects for major national organisations. Carl works closely with occupiers, land owners, national house builders and councils to develop and refurbish neighbourhood shopping centres. He also specialises in urban regeneration.

David Brown

 

David has over 30 years’ experience in Commercial Property Development 20 years of which was as a major shareholder and Director of Stoford Developments. Delivering office and logistic schemes David was the project lead for major occupiers such as BT, Severn Trent, Vax, Simplyhealth and Amazon; having successfully built the business he exited via an MBO in 2019.
